Feel it to Heal it!

Many times when we are asked to feel our feelings it may feel insurmountable to even begin to touch the pain we have carried in our bodies for so long.  We reason that we can use our minds to figure out the cause of our pain and it will go away.  Alas, our bodies are messengers and are often the loudest signal we have to stop and feel it instead of thinking our way out of it.

There is an exercise that my teacher Ned Wolf taught me called, “Heal A Hurt”.  It takes a few minutes to stop and feel the feeling and gauge its temperature and weight.  And then listen for the messages that have been long been waiting to deliver to you the truth of who you are.  Remember, the healing is in the feeling.  And it’s a constant reminder that you are a powerful being capable of healing anything in your life and living a life you love.

So, take a moment, take a deep breath and listen to message that is wanting to be delivered.  If you would like the ”Heal A Hurt” exercise go to my website, www.HeartVisions.com and it will walk you through the process.

Here’s to healing your life one feeling at a time!
