Bringing Peace to Your Life in 2021

Imagine if in 2021 you create a sense of peace in your life despite the chaos happening in the world right now.  Many of us are ready to say good-bye to 2020 and as we bid this year adieu let’s take a moment to be grateful, we made it through this last year.

Here are 5 tips to keep moving forward:

  1. Let go of 2020 – Write down on a piece of paper all of things you want to let go of in 2020. And then burn it.
  2. Take one day at a time. It’s a time to take a deeper look at your life and listen to your soul’s wisdom about what is next for your life.
  3. Take a deep breath. Fill your lungs all the way and then sigh that out… Do that a few times to relax your mind and get into your body.
  4. Practice detachment – Don’t let the chaos affect your peace of mind by going within, breathe and seek silence. Turn off your phone, your TV and go for a contemplative walk.  See if you can give yourself a day of quiet.  This is an opportunity for deep listening, to set intentions for the year.  Ask yourself – “Remind me of who I am and what is my purpose for the coming year?”
  5. Write down your intentions for 2021. Listen for what is yours to be, do and have in the coming year.  Direct some love to your heart center and congratulate yourself for making it through the year.

Be grateful for your life right where you are.  You are being pulled into a greater yet to be.  Surround yourself to people who support your greatness and can remind and encourage you to keep on keeping on.
