Peace with Family is a reflection of our love for each other. It governs our relationships with family close to us and our spiritual families. In Peace with Family we learn how our families are mirrors in our learning about ourselves and our feelings. It’s vital that we learn how to feel our feelings in order to create good health, vitality and happiness.

Call a family member you haven’t talked to in awhile and say hi.
Write a forgiveness letter to a family member.
Take a family photo.
