What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.  It’s purpose is to bring your body back into balance.  It is a Universal Life Force Energy that can be transmitted to the client, by either hands-on or distance healing techniques.

MaSanda is a Reiki Master and also uses past life regression to direct your healing session to its highest potential for healing.  She reads energy fields in your body and unlocks the body memory that keeps you blocked in your life.  If you are working on deepening your spiritual journey and need some assistance to address some core issues Reiki addresses physical, emotional, mental and spiritual imbalances.

My first Reiki session was birthday gift from MaSanda, and not knowing the first thing about it I put myself in her capable hands. Now I was a tad bit skeptical about the process.  I work in retail and stand on my feet all day and my upper body is always in motion.  As the treatment began, I was overwhelmed with the warmth I felt through my legs and knees as she worked her magic.  My arms and shoulders became relaxed by the end of the treatment.  I am a true believer in Reiki.
